Great Food and Friendly Service - Dined with two friends. We all ordered burgers, fries and shakes. It was late in the afternoon, and only one person was working in the dining area. A large party was seated shortly after us. The server did an excellent job handling so many guests all at once. Our shakes took quite a while to arrive, but we barely noticed. When our server brought our check, she did not charge us for the shakes because of the delay. We were very happy with how she handled this. Paid with the Steak and Shake app. It was easy to use.

Miss Vanessa was so nice I really appreciate it her good customer service. The young guys were also very nice and tentative. They make sure we had everything we needed. They also were very friendly with the kids. We have pretty quick service in and out just like you should a steak ‘n Shake I will come back here

Vanessa in the drive thru is amazing! Her clear communication and tone/enthusiasm were amazing!! Her ability to make ordering and getting good fast and easy made this struggle of a day better. Well we come after dinner but was late ⏰ so we got Burgers which were amazing Rarely coming here I forgot how amazing the fries were yummmm like fair fries Milkshakes were to die for we each got A flavor An traded back An fourth only issue was the weird drive threw dark parking lot to get there an our struggle to get out of it an back to freeway worker was amazing so happy

Went there at 4PM on 5/24 for a Frisco melt. The man who was running the drive thru was incredibly kind and professional and went out of his way to grill fresh onions for me. The Frisco melt itself was one of the best I've ever had. The beef was cooked well and the bread was toasted perfectly. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Wish I lived closer to this steak n shake

The garlic burger is maybe the best fat food burger you can get. They automated everything though, so you never really interact with the workers. Also the soda fountain is locked behind a receipt scanner. I guess I get it, but it's still annoying.

Last time I went & got a butter burger, there was so much butter, it was like they was tryna kill me................. & I loved it. The young lady that served me, I think she cooked my burger, she was awesome too. Oh & my red velvet shake came with an oreo I could dip & it was the best!

Always come to a steak and shake when we travel, since we are from Massachusetts and sadly don't have one over here. It's always a good experience. This time, however, was great. Our waitress (wish I remembered her name so I could give her some recognition she said she was 21 if that helps) was great and she was running around taking care of all the tables and still had the time to be very attentive to our needs. Food was great of course.
